Conferences & Retreats

Conferences and retreats are provided within our middle school youth ministry and our high school youth ministry.High School Youth Ministry:
- A "Freshman Day of Survival" is held during the summer for those teens who are entering high school in the fall to help them be made aware of the ins and outs of high school and how that can be different from their middle school experience. This freshman retreat is planned and lead by current high school teen leaders from area parishes.
- Our annual spring retreat is held for high school teens at the Subiaco Retreat Center in Oxford, MI led by the Benedictine Fathers. This is a weekend retreat, usually held in the month of March, which attend together with teens from a couple area parishes.
- Participation and attendance in the Archdiocesan CYO high school youth conference called RAINBOW is encouraged and promoted every year. This conference is held every year on a weekend in February at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Detroit. The annual theme of the conference is decided upon and implemented by the conference leadership team comprised of high school teens throughout the Archdiocese.
